Mecru mining magnetic separator has a complete range of types, stable performance and long service life, which can meet the requirements of 90% of the ore magnetic separation.

wet drum magnetic separator: simple structure, large processing capacity, easy operation and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with particle size less than 3mm.

dry magnetic separator: wide range of mineral particle size, high separation accuracy, no blockage, and power consumption is only 20% of the electromagnetic strong magnetic separator. It is suitable for separating medium and weak magnetic minerals.

high gradient magnetic separator: taking into account the concentrate grade and metal recovery rate, the separation index can be flexibly adjusted according to needs. It is suitable for roughing and scavenging of metallic ores and purification of non-metallic ores.

Work Principle

Non-magnetic particles and magnetic particles are attracted to the drum surface by the magnetic force in the magnetic field. Due to different magnetic forces, the non-magnetic and weakly magnetic particles will fall off in different throwing trajectories, and the particles finally adsorbed on the surface of the drum are the concentrates. As the drum turns to the weaker magnetic side of the magnetic system, the concentrate is discharged into the concentrate tank under the action of the flushing water sprayed from the discharge water pipe.
