After careful investigation and combined with the actual needs of customers, Mecru designed and built a magnetic separation production line with an output of 320 tons per hour for customers, which has won customer satisfaction.

The iron ore magnetic separation production line is widely used in the whole beneficiation production line, and the technology is relatively mature. Classification, the iron ore below 3mm is subjected to magnetic separation operation in the magnetic separation equipment, and the magnetic material and the non-magnetic ore powder are separated.

Detailed configuration

The mined magnetite is firstly crushed by the fine jaw crusher, and then enters the next processing link; the hoist and the feeder are evenly sent to the ball mill for crushing and grinding; the ground magnetite enters the next process In the process of classification, the specific gravity of the solid particles is used to precipitate in the liquid, and the magnetite is washed and classified. The cleaned and classified minerals pass through a magnetic separator, and the magnetic substances in the mixture are separated by magnetic and mechanical force to obtain fine powder; the fine ore powder can be obtained by drying it with a dryer.
