Common crushing screening;process: silo→vibrating feeder→jaw crusher→impact crusher/cone crusher→vibrating screen→finished material pile

1. Large-size stones are evenly sent from the silo to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, and the coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher/cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing;

2. The finely crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen by a belt conveyor for screening;

3. The vibrating screen screening out a variety of stones specifications:

①The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile by the finished product belt conveyor;

②The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for re-crushing, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles.

4. The particle size of the finished product can be combined and classified according to the needs of users. In order to protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
