FlotationFlotation is an important part of copper ore beneficiation process. It mainly uses flotation machine. The flotation machine uses the method of chemical flotation. Through continuous stirring, the foam is refined at the same time, so that the minerals are bound to the foam and float to the slurry surface to form. Mineralizing foam, scraping the foam with a scraper, can get copper concentrate. The processing capacity of the flotation machine is 0.2-20m³/min. The finished copper ore processed by the flotation machine has a high grade.

DryingThe copper ore concentrate processed by flotation enters the dryer for drying treatment. After drying, the ideal copper concentrate product can be obtained.
